1. Skeleton seal: It is a self-tightening lip seal with a simple structure, small size, low cost, convenient maintenance, and small resistance torque, which can not only prevent medium leakage, but also prevent the intrusion of external dust and other harmful substances, and has a certain ability to compensate for wear, but it is not resistant to high pressure, so it is generally used in gear oil pumps in low-pressure occasions, such as KCB series gear oil pumps, 2CY series gear oil pumps.
2. Gasket seal: Gasket is the basic component of centrifugal pump static seal, which is widely used. The selection of gaskets is mainly determined by factors such as the transport medium, temperature, pressure, and corrosiveness of the chemical pump. Mainly used for the pump body seal of gear oil pump, the material is mostly aluminum sheet.
3. Threaded seals: There are generally two forms of chemical pumps, one is a threaded connection gasket seal, and the other is a threaded filling seal, both of which are used for small-diameter threaded connection sealing occasions. The seal of the threaded electric diaphragm pump to the gasket seal is the gasket, and the thread only serves to provide the pressing force. This seal is rarely used in gear oil pump series and can be used in a field emergency.
4. Labyrinth seal: When the design is reasonable, the processing is excellent, the assembly is intact, and the rotational speed is high, the labyrinth seal has a good effect. However, in practical applications, the resulting chemical pump leakage is very large, so it is not commonly used in chemical pump sealing.
5. Packing seal: The packing with rich compressibility and resilience is put into the stuffing box, and the axial pressing force of the gland is converted into radial sealing force, so as to play a sealing role. This sealing method is called packing sealing, and this packing is called sealing packing. The packing seal is widely used in the design of gear oil pumps due to its simple structure, convenient replacement, low price, and wide adaptability to rotational speed, pressure, and medium. Such as YCB series products and so on.
6. Dynamic sealing: When the chemical pump is in operation, the pressure head generated by the auxiliary impeller balances the high-pressure liquid at the outlet of the main impeller, thereby achieving sealing. When parking, the auxiliary impeller does not work, so it must be equipped with a parking sealing device at the same time to solve the possible leakage of the chemical pump during parking. The auxiliary impeller has a simple sealing structure, reliable sealing, and long service life, and it can achieve no leakage during the operation of the chemical pump. Therefore, it is often used in the gear oil pump for the chemical pump to transport the medium containing impurities.
